Resident of Naples since 1986. Tim has a BS in Finance and Economics from Florida State University. He has been a full time Realtor since 1998 in the Naples luxury real estate market with emphasis on Royal Harbor, Old Naples, Aqualane Shores and Port Royal real estate. He was the first Realtor in Aqualane Shores to break $3m, $4m, $5m, and $6m for sales of new construction product and has also sold close to $300 million in waterfront property in Port Royal. He is consistently a Port Royal sales leader offering an in depth knowledge of the new luxury homes that the community offers.
