Each new member receives a free personal fitness orientation, that includes an explanation and demonstration of basic exercise principles and a quick, safe, and effective exercise program. Overview: members may be called on to run, row, climb ropes, jump up on boxes, flip tires, and carry odd objects. They may also bounce medicine balls against the floor or a target on a wall. Each workout will use a combination of: weightlifting; gymnastics, and mono-structural exercise. Short, intense workouts are what make CrossFit so effective, and you will find they give you better overall fitness results than other forms of exercise and fitness workouts. You can expect to be at the gym for at least 60 minutes. Wear comfortable gym attire that you can train in, and shoes that are suitable for cross training.

Training can be done through use of free weights, cardio machines, strength training machines, spin, powerplate and a boxing facility. This is a locally-owned and operated high-energy fitness center.

Regular monthly membership plans include: initial baseline fitness assessment, 10 day transformational cleanse (all meals are included), 4 weeks of 60 minute daily workouts, ongoing motivating and monitoring of your progress, and final baseline fitness assessment. Training for children over 11 is also provided.

This 6,100 sq. ft. space is designed to foster the concentrated type of exercises CrossFit gyms advocate - intense 20-to 30-minute routines that emphasize functional movements that effectively build lean, quality muscle. Additional space was added for child care, a spin/yoga studio and a designated workout area for kids aged 12 and under.
