Naples Winter Wine Festival 2016 plans and dates announced

The Naples Winter Wine Festival continues to be one of those charity events that people from all over the world look forward to attending each year.

The Naples Winter Wine Festival is to be held January 29-31, 2016. Organizers for next year’s event announced that its co-chairs will be Tom and Sandi Moran. This will be the second year in the row for them and they will be joined by Jim and Laura Dixon. All are trustees of Naples Children & Education Foundation, the nonprofit arm that awards grants to more than 40 other charitable organizations with the proceeds raised during a high-ticket auction. “The money raised at the Naples Winter Wine Festival has a lasting impact on the children who need our help the most. We couldn’t do what we do without the talents and resources of our co-chairs and trustees,” said Maria Jimenez-Lara, Chief Executive Officer of NCEF.

This announcement was sent out as an email in addition to the highly awaited theme, which will be “Great Expectations.” Some initial information was included announcing that ticket packages are limited to 580 guests, with prices starting at $10,000 per couple. A $25,000 package is also available that includes reserved seating for a party of four at a vintner dinner and under the tent. To find out more information about this wonderful event please contact The Naples Winter Wine Festival: Barrett Farmer at barrett@napleswinefestival.com or 239-514-2239. When this event was started I don’t think anyone living in Naples at that time could ever imagine how successful it would become and ultimately put Naples, Florida, on the map for a wine event of this statue and even more important is the enormous amount of money that has been raised for our community.
